Ongoing Project

Government College Pratap Nagar was announced (CM announcement No 26673) in August, 2020 by the Honorable Chief Minister of Haryana.

Initially, the college was started in a make-shift arrangement building of Government Senior Secondary School, Pratap Nagar. Subsequently, in November 2024, the college was shifted to make-shift arrangement building of First Floor of Govt. ITI Pratap Nagar.

  1. 9 acres of land has been given in village Kishan Pura, Pratap Nagar for the building of the college, which has been transferred to the Higher Education Department, Haryana, Panchkula.
  2. In this regard it is intimated that the registration of the land measuring 09 acres belonging to HPGCL has already been transferred in the name of Higher Education Department, Haryana. Further it is intimated that matter regarding the construction work of Govt. College Pratap Nagar is being undertaken by the Higher Education Department, Haryana, Panchkula with the concerned authorities/agencies i.e. Department of Architecture, Haryana and Haryana Police Housing Corporation.
